workshop topics
•craft a vision
where do you want your company to go? what larger purpose does it serve in the world, and in your life? what will call you forth into action?
•analyze your market and where your product fits
where do your products and services fit in the market? who are your allies and your competition? what trends and economic forces should you be aware of?
•identify resources you need
what support do you already use in your business, and how can you use it most effectively? what tangible and intangible resources exist to support you? what financial, social and environmental (or market) capital exists to support you, and how do you tap into it?
•build your team
how do you know if you need someone on your team? how do you make sure they are well-suited to your needs, and how do you hold them accountable? how do you make sure your team is on the same track as you are?
•establish a road map and milestones
while examining the support you need and the larger vision and structures it can fit into, you’ll create a concrete action plan to pour your business energy into, and have an opportunity to have it reviewed by an experienced business coach as part of your participation in the workshop!
